Five 60″ flat screen TVs and a 14′ media wall, commercial grade kitchen, two wet bars and fireplace seating area means a comfortable year round space for any occasion.

Sophisticated commercial grade dehumidification combined with ozone and UV pool filtration, creates an odor free and environmentally comfortable space year round.

Pool construction tolerances of 1/16th inch over 40′ were adhered to, which allows 1/16th inch of water to float over the edge tile thus creating a seamless surface in the room of deep blue water and pristine white honed marble.
